A clear boundary between common areas, unit turnovers and maintenance.
Common-area janitorial service covers the shared spaces named in your agreement. It does not automatically include private apartments, abandoned belongings, repairs or specialized cleanup. We discuss these boundaries during the walkthrough so residents, management and the cleaning team know whom to contact. Vacant-unit turnover cleaning can be scoped separately.

Does common-area cleaning include inside apartments?
Only when separately agreed. Shared-space service and vacant-unit turnover cleaning are different scopes with different access and acceptance arrangements.
Can residents keep using the building during cleaning?
We coordinate with management around occupied areas and appropriate access controls. Periodic floor work may require a temporary route change or closure, communicated by the property team.
Who handles leaks or broken fixtures?
The cleaning team reports observations to management. Repairs and specialist response remain with the appropriate maintenance or qualified vendor.
How is the cleaning frequency chosen?
We review traffic, building layout, amenities, waste needs and recurring concerns. Busy entrances may need a different routine from lightly used rooms.
